Phenergan Tablets

• Phenergan is a small blue tablet containing 25mg – of Promethazine Hydrochloride.
• Phenergan Tablets behave as an Antihistamine and is used to treat allergic conditions such as hayfever, rashes and hives, an antiemetic to help prevent travel sickness and as a short term sedative.
• Phenergan Tablets may cause drowsiness!
• Phenergan is only for short term use.
• 56 x 25mg tablets.

Phenergan Tablet Directions:
As an antihistamine (To treat allergic reactions):
Children 2-5 years – Not recommended.
Children 5-10 years – 1 tablet at night. (Do not exceed one tablet per day).
10 years – Adults – Begin with 1 Phenergan tablet at night. Increase to 1 Phenergan tablet two times a day only if necessary.

In travel sickness:
Children 2-5 years – Not recommended.
Children 5-10 years – Not recommended for this age group, try Phenergan Tablets 10mg.
10 years – Adult – 1 tablet the night before the journey. Repeat after 6-8 hours if necessary.

For short-term sedation:
For short term aid for when you struggle to sleep please select Phenergan Night Time 25mg Tablets.

Dosage:
Children 2-5 years – Not recommended.
Children 5-10 years – 1 tablet at night time.
Adults and children over 10 – 1 or 2 tablets as a single night time dose.

Do Not use Phenergan if you are pregnant or lactating.
Do Not use Phenergan for longer than 7 days without confirmation by your doctor.

Lactose, Maize starch, Polyvinylpyrrolidone K30, Magnesium stearate, Polyethylene glycol 200, Opaspray M-1-4210A (contains Titanium dioxide – E 171, Hypromellose – E464 and Indigo carmine aluminium lake FD&C Blue no 2 – E132), Hypromellose (Pharmacoat 606).
